Service Description

This powerful virtual or in-person experience asses an intact team’s approach to teamwork and helps team members better understand themselves and the personalities on their team. Teams learn a new framework for more productive team behaviors, based on The Five Behaviors® model of Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results, so they can effectively achieve their goals. The facilitation experience takes place over a one-day virtual or in-person training session, led by a trained Five Behaviors expert. This training brings the personalized Team Development report insights to life through powerful breakout activities and group discussions that help the team translate the learnings into impactful everyday practices. Cancellation Policy

Initial payment of 25% on booking Balance to be paid within 30 days of workshop delivery Workshops cancelled within 48 hours of the workshop date will be charged 50% of the workshop fee, unless workshop rescheduled to be delivered within 30 days Unless otherwise agreed, client to provide appropriate workshop space (meeting room) with HDMI connected monitor/screen, and any refreshments/lunch required Workshops are usually 3-4 hours of active time in 40 minute blocks with regular short breaks Reasonable travel expenses and any hotel expenses are not included and will be billed to the client separately (to be discussed and agreed at contract time). Individual online assessments relative to the workshop must be completed by each participant before 3 days prior to the workshop to allow full preparation of content All individual assessments will be shared with the rest of the class at the workshop, this needs to be made known to all participants attending by the client, and anyone objecting to this sharing of their data needs to be flagged to Skylark but can still attend the workshop as an observer if they wish. All participation Skylark workshops must be done with full consent of all attendees.
