What Is The Five Behaviors® Team Development?

The Five Behaviors® methodology is derived from the work of Patrick Lencioni, founder of the management consultancy The Table Group, and author of a number of books. In particular, it is the practical embodiment of the book 'The Five Dysfunctions of a Team'.
The Five Behaviors® methodology provides a powerful virtual or in-person experience which asses an intact team’s approach to teamwork and helps team members better understand themselves and the personalities on their team.
Teams learn a new framework for more productive team behaviours, based on The Five Behaviors® model of Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results, so they can effectively achieve their goals.

Skylark uses The Five Behaviors® methodology to take a sales team from a foundation of Trust which provides team cohesion, into Conflict which provides a safe environment for team members to express themselves with confidence, on to Commitment which helps a team makes decisions even though not everyone might not all agree, to Accountability so that the team holds each other accountable for their actions, which in turn delivers great results and both individual and team success

Five Behaviors® Assessment

It all starts with The Five Behaviors assessment, which measures how the team is performing in the five areas: Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results.
Powered by Everything DiSC®, a research-validated personality tool, this assessment helps participants identify their individual DiSC® style and discover how each style brings value to the team

It poses questions of the individual to build a picture of how the team is performing against each of the behaviours
Five Behaviors® Profile

After taking the assessment, participants receive a personalized profile that deepens their understanding of self, work style, and others on their team.
Teams will also learn how their specific team is performing on each of the behaviors in the Five Behaviors model.
These findings will help the team better understand their dynamics and create action plans for areas of improvement.
