Everything DiSC Workplace®

Everything DiSC Workplace® is a virtual or classroom training and personalised learning experience that can benefit every person in the organisation—regardless of title or position, department or function—in building more productive and effective relationships at work.

It teaches participants to understand themselves and others, while learning to appreciate different priorities, preferences, and values each individual brings to the workplace.

With personalised insights and actionable strategies, participants learn how to adapt to the style of others, ultimately improving engagement, collaboration, and the overall quality of the organisation.

Everything DiSC Workplace® is DNV certified as an occupational test tool. It is EFPA compliant and to be used for development purposes.

DiSC is an acronym that stands for the four main personality profiles described in the DiSC model: (D)ominance, (i)nfluence, (S)teadiness and (C)onscientiousness.
-
People with D personalities tend to be confident and place an emphasis on accomplishing bottom-line results.
-
People with i personalities tend to be more open and place an emphasis on relationships and influencing or persuading others.
-
People with S personalities tend to be dependable and place an emphasis on cooperation and sincerity.
-
People with C personalities tend to place an emphasis on quality, accuracy, expertise, and competency.
Everything DiSC also measures priorities (the words around the circle), providing more nuanced and memorable feedback in profiles.

Skylark uses the Everything DiSC Workplace® process to take a team through each individual self awareness of their personal style, through individual awareness of each of their work colleagues style, and then to an awareness of the team dynamic and style

This is achieved through:
-
An online assessment for each person
-
A DiSC® Workplace Profile for each person
-
A facilitated Workshop for the whole team
-
A set of online tools which are accessible afterwards

DiSC® Workplace Workshop Facilitation

The Skylark uses the Everything DiSC Workplace® profile outputs to create a team workshop that appreciates and celebrates the neural diversity of the team, and explores through discussions and exercises how the different styles manifests themselves in the daily life of the team.
Mapping everyones default style on the team DiSC we discuss how people can flex and adapt to work most effectively in general and in specific relationships within the team, especially if their styles are opposites.
We look at potential gaps and blindspots in the team, which may be an opportunity for a team member to adapt, or an indicator for future recruitment.
Finally we look at how the styles of individuals and the team as a whole impacts relationships elsewhere within the organisation, with business partners and with customers.
