The Six Critical Questions
Workshop

What Are The Six Critical Questions?

advantage.png

Clarity is one of the most challenging aspects of building a cohesive and effective team.

Lack of clarity risks members of a team not pulling in the same direction, having disparate objectives and priorities, and finger pointing when things don't get done

The Six Critical Questions helps a team to achieve alignment with clarity answering the questions - why do we exist, how do we behave, what do we do, what is most important and who must do what. They all seem like simple questions but usually they spark considerable debate.

Skylark uses these Six Critical Questions in a workshop setting to help a team navigate their diversity of opinions and gaining clarity on each question for their own business - helping the team to gain alignment with total clarity to move forward with confidence.

The Six Critical Questions are taken from Patrick Lencioni's book The Advantage, and is a business focused companion to the Five Behaviors® methodology

The Six Critical Questions Workshop

Skylark facilitates a workshop, usually a partial day in duration, helping a team to gather information, debate views, agree the key points and distill the clarity within the team to define the answers to the Six Critical Questions

This is an inclusive process, a chance for every member of the team to be heard, and for a team to reach consensus to help them move forward

This is best conducted as an in-person workshop but can be facilitated remotely via Zoom, Teams or similar

The Six Critical Questions Output

From the workshop, the team will leave with a single document that comprises concise answers to the Six Critical Questions that are pertinent to that team.

As Clarity might suggest, it is a simple and unambiguous document for a team to use to operate their business and, ensure that they stay focused and lead with clarity

At the conclusion of the workshop we'll summarise the other two aspects of leading with clarity, and that is the Over Communication of Clarity, and the Reinforcement of Clarity.
